Our kitchen has deep roots as the story of Bolgheri, of which we feel proud to belong.

The authenticity, genuineness and simplicity of Tuscan cuisine combined with skilled hands make our dishes a proper mix that leads to the discovery of palate tastes and pleasures now unknown in modern life.

Do not miss our famous and true Pappardelle (large noodles) with wild boar, second dishes grilled with charcoal fire, fresh truffles, handmade and rolled-out fresh pasta, without forgetting our homemade desserts.
